1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on kx8 006, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. kx8006 operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing kx8006 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of kx8006, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the kx8006 Platform for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

kx8006 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (KYC) on any account at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

Each player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their kx8006 account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your kx8006 account and not reuse passwords from other online services.
• Log out of your account when accessing kx8006 on a shared or public device.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent kx8006 support.
• Notify kx8006 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

kx8006 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to kx8006 in advance of the activity occurring.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

kx8006 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Currently supported payment methods for players in Bangladesh include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (or the amount stated on the deposit page at the time of your transaction).
• Minimum withdrawal: Subject to the amount displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal destination: Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment account used to make the original deposit. kx8006 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing times: kx8006 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary during high-traffic periods or where additional verification is required.
• Currency: All transactions on kx8006 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not supported.
• Transaction fees: kx8006 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which kx8006 bears no responsibility.

kx8006 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is withheld, kx8006 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kx8006 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the individual offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus eligibility: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire within the period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports betting, and fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.

kx8006 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active wagering requirements at the time of discontinuation will be given reasonable time to complete those requirements at the discretion of kx8006.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

kx8006 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games outside of normal player behaviour.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions in any game to obtain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed by kx8006.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or inside-information betting on any sports market offered by kx8006.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with kx8006's systems, databases, servers, or networks in any unauthorised manner.
• Making chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment claims against deposits made to kx8006.
• Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity on the Platform.

kx8006 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Determinations made by kx8006 regarding violations of this clause are final and binding. Players who disagree with a decision may contact support at [email protected] to submit a formal complaint through the disputes process described in Clause 9.

6 Responsible Gaming Obligations

kx8006 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Gambling on kx8006 is for entertainment purposes only. You must not use gambling as a means to address financial difficulties, emotional distress, or personal problems of any kind.
• You are solely responsible for monitoring your own gambling behaviour and expenditure. kx8006 provides tools to assist you, but the primary responsibility for responsible play rests with you.
• You may at any time request a deposit limit, wagering limit, loss limit, session time limit, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion by contacting kx8006 customer support. kx8006 will action such requests promptly and will not attempt to dissuade a player from using responsible gaming controls.
• Self-exclusion is permanent once confirmed and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. kx8006 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across its Platform.

kx8006 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, without prior notice to the player.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the kx8006 Platform — including but not limited to the kx8006 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the exclusive property of kx8006 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kx8006 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any kx8006 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any kx8006 software or game code.
• Use kx8006 branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by kx8006 without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the kx8006 Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of kx8006 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kx8006 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. kx8006 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times.
• Any software defects or errors will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• The Platform or its servers are free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components (though kx8006 takes reasonable technical precautions).

kx8006 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, delays in payment processing, or interruptions to gaming services beyond kx8006's reasonable control. kx8006's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory consumer protection law in Bangladesh.

9 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

kx8006 aims to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your kx8006 account or experience, please follow this process:

1. First contact: Submit your complaint to kx8006 customer support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references or screenshots.
2. Acknowledgement: kx8006 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt.
3. Resolution: kx8006 will aim to resolve your complaint within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, kx8006 will keep you informed of progress at regular intervals.
4. Final decision: kx8006's written final decision on any complaint is binding. Where a player remains dissatisfied with the outcome, they may seek independent advice, though kx8006 makes no representations regarding the availability of external dispute resolution services for players in Bangladesh.

All decisions by kx8006 regarding game outcomes, account status, and bonus eligibility that are based on the Platform's server-side records are final. kx8006's server log records take precedence over any client-side display discrepancies in all disputes.

10 Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

kx8006 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, kx8006 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

kx8006 may suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms or that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. Upon termination, any funds held in your account balance (net of applicable bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the kx8006 Platform that cannot be resolved through the complaints process in Clause 9 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with competent authority over the matter.
